If your unit needs to be repaired ?
First, when your device has a malfunction outside or within the warranty period we offer a repair service.
Second , please inform the OBD2Spy customer service about the repair.
Third, return the unit with ordinary air mail to us. After a successfully repair we ship the item at no extra charge with ordinary airmail back, unless you want express shipping, you need to bear the additional cost.
